All Catz-Kato Designs Jewelries are combined of fine quality materials, components and metals, such as Gold Filled, 14kt and 18kt Gold Plating, Matte Gold Plating over natural Brass, Sterling Silver, Pewter, Rhodium Plated, Crystals, Pearls, and Precious Stones. We want your purchasing experience with us to be as pleasant and easy as possible.  We take pride in our customer service and we are here to answer any of your questions or concerns during and after your purchase.  For all requests, please contact us through our

Minimum Order: We sell at Retail and at Wholesale prices. For Wholesale purchases, see below:

For Wholesale Purchases/Prices: Must purchase a minimum of 6 items per order.
For a Wholesale Discount/Price: Must purchase a minimum of 12 items per order. Payment Terms Full payment is required immediately on Wholesale Orders.

Pay Pal Payments:
We accept Pay Pal Payments and Credit Card Payments.

If making payment through Pay Pal, You will automatically receive a notification of your successful payment transaction from Pay Pal. It usually takes 3-4 business days for a pay pal payment to clear in our bank institution.

Credit Card Payments:
You can directly pay with your Credit Card via Pay Pal. For making a payment with a credit card, you need not to have a Pay Pal account. You can visit the PayPal.com website, enter you credit card details and make the payment directly to us.

Cancellations:
Once we have received your order and have begun processing the order for shipping, we cannot accept cancellations.

Returns:
We want you to be 100% satisfied when doing business with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply inform us in writing of your wish to return the item or items to us within 7 business days of receipt. In some cases, we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, otherwise, we will provide a store credit.

We will not accept returns unless you informed us in advance of your wish to return as detailed above. The item/s are your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Also, we do not accept returned USED goods or DAMAGED goods. Please return the items unused and in their original packaging. Damage or Wrong Product All of our orders are carefully packaged and we do our best to make sure that your product arrives in good condition.

Lost Package Policy:
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit, insurance is available for an extra fee upon request and is recommended. Regular packages are sent through United States Postal Service First Class Mail. If you prefer USP Priority Mail and or choose insurance, please contact me during your purchasing process and I will charge you the additional fee for the service of your choice.

Shipping Methods:
We will ship out your item(s) through the United States Postal Service, First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation for Retail U.S. orders. International Orders: US Postal Service International.
Pay pal payments clear in our bank institution within 2-4 business days. As soon as your payment clears, we will begin to process your order for shipping. US items delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. Wholesale Orders: Delivery is between 14 to 30 business days or more.  We will notify you through email when your item has shipped out. 

Wholesale Orders Shipping:
In some cases, US Postal Priority Mail, otherwise, First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. For International Orders, we are not responsible for taxes, and local custom clearance.

Custom and Taxes INTERNATIONAL:
Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges. All international orders are shipped via USPS first class international. Your package will be hand addressed and posted by me, please allow up to 30 days from shipping date to receive your order, customs will sometimes hang on to orders causing delays. As delivery confirmation is NOT available for first class international shipping. I only can provide the customs form number. If you wish delivery confirmation number please request in message to the seller Priority Mail International (starting at $14) as it provides that service. We are not responsible for taxes and local custom clearance.

Packaging:  We will carefully package your items in plastic zip bags, wrapping paper and in a bubble envelope. If you desire gift boxes, please email us with your request and we will provide you with the additional cost.

Drop Shipping:
We do not offer drop shipping.

Special Requests: If you would like for us to add a Birthday note or Special note in your package, please include this in a message to us at check out.
